  • Domain registration, hosting, content creation, third-party services, subscriptions, and other excluded items remain the customer's responsibility unless separately purchased or agreed to in writing.
  • Website launch is subject to the customer providing required information, materials, approvals, and access in a timely manner.
  • Additional pages, functionality, features, revisions, or services outside the applicable package may be subject to additional charges and will be communicated before the additional work is performed.
  • Offer eligibility and terms are subject to the applicable business internet service agreement and may be changed or discontinued where permitted.

WIRELESS SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

By requesting, ordering, purchasing, activating, or using wireless products or services through Simply Activate LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Wireless Service Provider.

Simply Activate LLC facilitates the sale, referral, activation, or procurement of wireless products and services offered by third-party wireless service providers (“Carrier” or “Wireless Service Provider”). Depending on the applicable program, Simply Activate LLC may act as an authorized dealer, agent, reseller, referral partner, or other sales channel. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Simply Activate LLC does not own or operate the underlying wireless network and is not the provider of the underlying wireless service.

2. Carrier Terms Apply.

All wireless services are subject to the applicable Carrier’s then-current service agreements, rate-plan terms, acceptable-use policies, privacy policies, network-management practices, equipment and installment agreements, promotional requirements, eligibility and credit requirements, and other applicable terms and conditions. By activating or using a Carrier’s service, the customer agrees to the applicable Carrier terms. Where a matter relates to the Carrier’s underlying service and these Terms conflict with the Carrier’s applicable terms, the Carrier’s terms will control to the extent applicable.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Availability.

Prices, plans, promotions, discounts, credits, rebates, trade-in values, equipment offers, service availability, speeds, coverage, and eligibility requirements are subject to Carrier approval and may change or expire without notice. Promotional credits may require qualifying service, eligible equipment, financing, trade-in, port-in, autopay, paperless billing, minimum service periods, or other conditions established by the Carrier. Simply Activate LLC does not guarantee approval, continued eligibility, promotional credits, coverage, speeds, or availability of any particular plan, device, feature, or promotion.

4. Charges & Customer Responsibility.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and paying all applicable recurring charges, one-time charges, activation or upgrade fees, equipment payments, taxes, governmental assessments, surcharges, usage charges, roaming or international charges, early termination or cancellation charges, and other amounts imposed under the applicable transaction or Carrier agreement. Carrier billing, credit decisions, account suspensions, service changes, and refunds or credits issued by the Carrier are subject to the Carrier’s policies and approval.

5. Orders, Activation & Number Transfers.

Orders and activations may be subject to identity verification, credit approval, deposits, equipment availability, serviceability, Carrier acceptance, and additional documentation. Number transfers are subject to Carrier requirements and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, identification, porting, and authorization information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent an order or activation.

6. Devices & Equipment.

Devices and equipment may be subject to separate purchase, financing, installment, return, warranty, unlocking, replacement, or trade-in terms. Manufacturer warranties and Carrier equipment policies apply where applicable. Simply Activate LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects, Carrier network compatibility changes, software support, or equipment performance outside any obligations expressly undertaken by Simply Activate LLC.

7. Network, Coverage & Service.

Coverage maps, estimated speeds, and service descriptions are informational and do not guarantee service at any specific location. Wireless performance may vary because of network availability, congestion, location, buildings, terrain, device capability, maintenance, outages, weather, network management, or other factors outside Simply Activate’s LLC reasonable control. Simply Activate LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available wireless service.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Changes.

Cancellation, return, exchange, refund, and service-change requests are subject to the applicable Carrier, manufacturer, distributor, and/or Simply Activate policies associated with the transaction. Canceling service may affect promotional credits, installment balances, discounts, bundled services, or other benefits. Customers should review applicable cancellation and return requirements before ordering.

9. Limitation of Simply Activate’s LLC Role.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Activate LLC is not responsible for acts or omissions of a Carrier or other third party, including network outages, coverage limitations, Carrier billing errors, Carrier account actions, changes to plans or promotions, delayed promotional credits, rejected ports, Carrier service interruptions, or third-party products and services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Customer Authorization & Acceptance.

By submitting an order or authorizing Simply Activate LLC to process a transaction, the customer represents that the information provided is accurate, that the customer is authorized to act for the applicable individual or business account, and that Simply Activate LLC may provide information reasonably necessary to the applicable Carrier, distributor, financing provider, or other service partner to process the requested transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

11. Changes & Applicable Terms.

Simply Activate LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a transaction will be the version in effect when the applicable order or transaction is submitted, except where applicable law or an agreement provides otherwise. Additional written terms presented with a quote, order, promotion, product, or service may also apply. Prices are subject to change by the provider, and the services are also subject to change according to your address and the provider.

BUSINESS INTERNET SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

By requesting, ordering, purchasing, installing, activating, or using internet services through Simply Activate LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Internet Service Provider.

Simply Activate LLC facilitates the sale, referral, ordering, or procurement of internet and related telecommunications services offered by third-party service providers (“Provider” or “Internet Service Provider”). Depending on the applicable program, Simply Activate LLC may act as an authorized dealer, agent, reseller, referral partner, or other sales channel. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Simply Activate LLC does not own or operate the underlying network and is not the provider of the underlying internet service.

2. Provider Terms Apply.

All services are subject to the applicable Provider’s then-current service agreement, order terms, acceptable-use policies, network-management practices, privacy policies, service-level terms, equipment requirements, installation policies, and other applicable terms and conditions. By ordering, activating, or using the service, the customer agrees to the applicable Provider terms. Where a matter relates to the Provider’s underlying service and these Terms conflict with the Provider’s applicable terms, the Provider’s terms will control to the extent applicable.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Availability.

Prices, speeds, plans, promotions, discounts, credits, incentives, installation offers, equipment, and service availability are subject to Provider approval and may change or expire. Quotes are based on information available at the time provided and remain subject to final Provider validation. Serviceability or qualification of an address does not guarantee installation or availability until confirmed by the Provider. Promotional pricing or credits may require qualifying service, minimum terms, bundled products, autopay, paperless billing, or other Provider requirements.

4. Installation, Construction & Service Activation.

Installation dates and activation timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing by the applicable Provider. Installation may require site surveys, permits, construction, building access, landlord or property-owner approval, inside wiring, electrical work, equipment installation, or other site preparation. Additional construction, installation, wiring, equipment, or third-party charges may apply. The customer is responsible for obtaining required property access, permissions, and site readiness unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Charges, Contract Terms & Cancellation.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and paying all applicable monthly charges, installation charges, equipment charges, taxes, surcharges, construction charges, usage charges, early termination charges, cancellation charges, and other amounts applicable to the selected service. Contract terms, renewals, cancellation rights, refunds, and early termination charges are governed by the applicable Provider agreement and order documents. Cancellation before installation or service commencement may still result in charges where costs have already been incurred or where permitted under the applicable Provider terms.

6. Speeds, Performance & Availability.

Advertised or quoted speeds may represent maximum, expected, or provisioned speeds and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in an applicable service-level agreement. Actual performance may vary due to network conditions, congestion, customer equipment, Wi-Fi conditions, wiring, building construction, connected devices, third-party networks, outages, maintenance, or other factors. Simply Activate LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available internet service.

7. Equipment & Customer Network.

Provider-supplied or third-party gateways, routers, modems, firewalls, wireless access points, backup devices, and other equipment may be subject to separate purchase, lease, return, warranty, replacement, or non-return terms. Unless separately contracted with Simply Activate LLC, the customer remains responsible for its internal network, cybersecurity, data, devices, applications, electrical power, cabling, and compatibility with the selected internet service.

8. Acceptable Use & Provider Policies.

Customer use of internet services must comply with applicable laws and the Provider’s acceptable-use, network-management, security, and other applicable policies. The Provider may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for violations in accordance with its applicable agreements and policies.

9. Limitation of Simply Activate’s LLC Role.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Activate LLC is not responsible for acts or omissions of a Provider or other third party, including Provider billing errors, network outages, service interruptions, construction delays, missed installation dates, serviceability changes, Provider price changes, network performance, Provider account actions, or changes to plans, promotions, equipment, or service availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Customer Authorization & Information.

By requesting or authorizing an order, the customer represents that the information provided is accurate and that the customer is authorized to act for the applicable individual, business, and service location. The customer authorizes Simply Activate LLC to provide information reasonably necessary to the applicable Provider, distributor, contractor, or service partner to quote, process, install, activate, support, or manage the requested service, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

11. Changes & Applicable Terms.

Simply Activate LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a transaction will be the version in effect when the applicable order or transaction is submitted, except where applicable law or an agreement provides otherwise. Additional written terms contained in a quote, order form, service agreement, promotion, statement of work, or other transaction document may also apply. Prices are subject to change by the provider, and the services are also subject to change according to your address and the provider.

Internet products and services are subject to serviceability, availability, Provider approval, applicable Provider agreements, and the terms and conditions associated with the selected service.

The $999 Website Credit is applicable toward the development of a standard four-page WordPress website only. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or account credits.

The offer includes a basic WordPress website consisting of up to four standard pages, mobile-responsive design, contact form integration, and standard theme customization.

The following services are not included in the promotional website credit and will incur additional charges: e-commerce functionality, custom website design and development, additional pages, professional copywriting, SEO services, advanced integrations, booking systems, membership portals, premium plugins, premium stock assets, multilingual functionality, content migration, hosting, domain registration, email services, and ongoing maintenance or support.
